TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Terms of Service Statement is a legal agreement between you, the member, and Connections for Catholics, LLC.
ELIGIBILITY
By becoming a member of Connections for Catholics, LLC, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. You also represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. You further represent that you are free to marry in the Catholic Church. You agree to present a license to Catholic Connections, LLC for age and name verification.
CONDUCT AND TERMINATION
Connections for Catholics, LLC reserves the right to terminate members for any inappropriate conduct including, but not limited to, harassing, insulting, impersonating, or maligning other Connections for Catholics, LLC members or its representatives. Members further agree that such offensive behavior is grounds for termination of membership. Connections for Catholics, LLC reserves the right to terminate members who provide untruthful information, misuse the service, or engage in any behavior that could be considered inappropriate, unlawful, or illegal.
INDEMNITY
By signing this agreement, you defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connections for Catholics, LLC and its representatives for any losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses relating to the use of the services of Connections for Catholics, LLC members. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party. You agree to release Connections for Catholics, LLC and its representatives from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, loss and liability resulting from any and all connections with other members, regardless of the reasons therefore, including claims for personal injury.
DISCLAIMERS
As a member of Connections for Catholics, LLC, you acknowledge that Connections for Catholics operates as a ministry designed to connect Connections members with other local, single Catholics. Connections for Catholics, LLC makes no representation or warranty, either implied or express, concerning a member’s experience or outcome with the services provided by Connections for Catholics, LLC.
